The VD Arnala Bungalow is a simple family abode designed around Vastu principles to promote spatial harmony and well-being. The compact layout seamlessly blends clean lines with flowing architectural curves, all centered around a traditional Bramhasthan. Its exterior features a striking dual-tone aesthetic of terracotta and cream, anchoring the home’s modern yet familiar presence. To ensure environmental efficiency, the design integrates smart passive cooling strategies—including filler slabs, cross-ventilation, and reflective white surfaces—to naturally minimize heat gain. Ultimately, by combining local materials with subtle traditional elements, the project perfectly balances cultural values with a restrained, contemporary aesthetic.
